The dealers where very friendly, we had a test drive they negotiated on price with us as there was a couple of things like scratches on the car therefor we were not happy to pay full price. They completed all paperwork in a timely manner and offered an extended Mot which they have done and paid for a few things that were picked up. I have received my documents from DVLA and so they obviously sent these immediately and they helped up with a warranty for complete satisfaction. I would recommend them to a friend and we are happy with our purchase.

Easy to deal with when searching for a car with my parents Fixed a couple of small issues with the car by lunchtime next day, having seen it on a Sunday. No dramas over unexpected delay (from my side) on payment, even delivered the car locally for me. Based on this purchase would buy from again.

Surrey Autos provided a very reasonable service from start to finish. It appears that they are very conscious about the quality of the cars they keep, and are very honest about any shortcomings. While it is difficult to trust dealers in general, their sales staff established a rapport which I felt very comfortable with. They also don't try to oversell you a vehicle. Overall, my transaction with them was with a heavy peace of mind, and satisfaction.
